Rock Christmas Gifts: Ideas for Rock Fans
Looking for a Christmas present for someone who lives for rock? Here are our ideas, sorted by budget and by the kind of person you're buying for: the one who plays grunge in the car, the one who puts Motörhead on at Christmas, and the dad who still keeps his vinyl in the living room. We make all of it ourselves, in Ancona, Italy, for people who live with music every day.
The gift that lasts all year: the Calendario del Rock 2027
365 true rock stories, one for every day of 2027. Each morning you tear off the page and read what happened on that date: a record released, a gig, a birth, a farewell. Underneath there's a song to go with it and a QR code that plays it on YouTube Music, no app needed. It's a 10 × 15 cm desk calendar and it comes in its own illustrated box. This is the third edition.
Please note: the calendar is written in Italian and ships within Italy only. It leaves Ancona within 24 working hours and usually arrives in 2-3 working days (a few more for the South and the islands). If you'd like an English edition, join the waiting list.
Every version of the calendar, on its own or in a kit, is in the Calendario del Rock 2027 collection.
Rock gift ideas by budget
Under €20: the small gift that never misses
For a colleague, for your gig buddy, for the office Secret Santa. Our rock ceramic mugs carry the Rock Art designs, the Calaveras and the lines rockers say to each other, like «Rock is the best antidepressant».
Under €30: the gift that gets used every day
The Calendario del Rock 2027 is our most popular gift in Italy: it gets opened every morning for a whole year. In the same price range you'll find our classic rock T-shirts and the RMAW caps and beanies.
€30 to €50: the kit that stands out under the tree
The calendar together with a Calavera del Rock and the stand, or with a T-shirt. One parcel, and whoever opens it finds more than one thing inside. This range also has our organic cotton Premium T-shirts. All the kits are in the Rocker's Survival Kit collection (kits ship within Italy only).
Over €50: the big present
Our rock sweatshirts, crewneck and hooded, organic cotton included. Then the full kits with calendar, shirt or sweatshirt and mug, like the «Rock is the best antidepressant» kit and the «Music is like the sea» kit.
Gift ideas by kind of rocker
For the metalhead
The Calaveras del Rock are Day of the Dead skulls for the legends who are no longer with us: «Ride Fast Play Loud» is the heavy metal one. Among the Rock Art designs there's the «Haifisch» T-shirt – Berlin, 2009. And in the calendar, metal gets its days too, from the records that changed everything to the gigs that became legend.
For the one who grew up on grunge
«Aberdeen» is the grunge Calavera, on T-shirt, sweatshirt and mug. In Italy you can also pick it as the card in the calendar kit.
For the rocker dad (or mum)
They already own every record, so give them something they don't have: a new story every morning. The Calendario del Rock 2027 covers the Beatles, the Stones, Queen, Springsteen and everyone else, day by day (in Italian). If you want to add something, the «Bed-In '69» Calavera is the one about peace and love.
For the one who listens to everything
The Rock Art designs take a line from a song and turn it into a picture, like a Polaroid, with title, city and year. Each one is a different song, made for the person who knows that song by heart.
For the one who has everything
Something you open every day is worth more than something that sits in a drawer. The calendar has 365 pages, and every page is a song worth hearing again.
For a company or a group of friends
If you need several copies of the calendar for clients, colleagues or the band, have a look at our corporate gifts page (deliveries within Italy).
FAQ
When will the Calendario del Rock 2027 arrive?
It ships within Italy only. It leaves Ancona within 24 working hours and usually arrives in 2-3 working days (a few more for the South and the islands). The same goes for the kits with the cards and the stand.
Will T-shirts, sweatshirts and mugs arrive in time for Christmas?
They're printed to order, then dispatched within a few working days, and they ship worldwide. Delivery outside Italy takes longer: you'll see the exact date at checkout. If you need the gift by a certain day, order a few days early.

Every day has its song. Point your phone at the QR code and the track plays on YouTube Music, no app to install.
What if the size isn't right?
Write to us at info@rockmusicawords.com and we'll sort it out. The return rules are on the Right of withdrawal page.
Want a taste first?
Every day, on our Accadde Oggi nel Rock blog (in Italian), we tell what happened on that date. The calendar is made of the same stuff: true, checked stories, with the right song.
