Shipping
1. Where we ship
We ship to Italy and to more than thirty countries: all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The full list is shown at checkout. Items shipped from Ancona (Rock Calendar, kits, cards and photo stands) ship to Italy only.
2. Costs
Italy: standard shipping €5.99, free on orders of €35 or more (amount after discounts). Until 30 September 2026 the “Rock Calendar 2027 + a Calavera of Your Choice + Photo Stand” kit always ships free.
Orders with clothing, mugs and other print-on-demand items, and shipments abroad: the cost depends on the product and the destination, and shipping is free on orders of €35 or more.
The exact cost is always shown before payment, after you enter your address.
3. Delivery times
3-6 working days from order confirmation, for most products and destinations, excluding pre-order products (section 5). Times may be longer at peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday) and for reasons beyond our control, such as strikes or weather events.
4. How products are shipped
Calendars, prints and items from our warehouse: they leave our premises in Ancona with the courier BRT.
Clothing, mugs and print-on-demand items: they are produced and shipped by Gelato, which prints them at the production centre nearest to you. This reduces transport times, costs and environmental impact.
An order containing both categories may arrive in two separate shipments, at no extra cost to you.
5. Pre-order products
The Rock Calendar 2027 is on pre-order: shipping starts on 15 November 2026, in the order in which orders were received, and orders received by 15 November are delivered in Italy by 30 November 2026. Later orders follow the times in section 3. If your order contains both the pre-order calendar and other items, the other items ship straight away and the calendar follows in November.
As the law provides, you can withdraw from the contract from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the product (you or a person you designate, other than the carrier): this also applies to the pre-order calendar. If the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full within 14 days. For the pre-order calendar, until the order has been delivered to you the refund is always in full, even if the parcel is already on its way.

6. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking link. If you have received nothing after the times shown, write to us at info@rockmusicawords.com: we will take care of it.
7. Shipments outside the European Union
Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance charges set by the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient to the courier on delivery. The amount depends on the rules of your country and we cannot calculate it in advance.
If you refuse delivery to avoid paying the duties, we deduct from the refund the shipping and return costs actually incurred.
