Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from a purchase made on our website: fill in the fields and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You don’t need to give a reason or have an account.

You can withdraw from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the product: if the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you. This also applies to pre-order products, such as the Calendario del Rock. What counts is the date and time you send the declaration.

Fields marked * are required.

You’ll find it in the order confirmation email: it starts with #RMAW. For more than one order, separate them with a comma. If you can’t find it, write the purchase date and what you bought: we’ll look it up.
We’ll send the acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal to this address.
Write which items you are returning. If you leave it empty, the withdrawal covers the whole order.

When you press “Confirm withdrawal”, your declaration is sent to us straight away.

What happens next

  • We email you an acknowledgement of receipt, with the content of your declaration and the date and time it was sent.
  • If the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund what you paid, standard shipping included.
  • If the parcel is already on its way, within 48 working hours we write to you about what to do next.
  • If you have already received the parcel, within 48 working hours we send you the address to return it to. Return shipping is at your expense.
  • We refund you within 14 days of your declaration, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items or proof that you have sent them.
