The personalised card is included in every price. Retail price of the calendar: €29.90 including VAT.

What’s included

The calendar in its illustrated box and, on top, a 10 × 15 cm card with your logo and the same message for everyone. We send you a proof to approve, with one round of changes included.

Delivery

Corporate orders have their own terms, not those of the online shop: one parcel to one address in Italy, €5 + VAT up to 24 copies, no charge from 25. Or collect them yourself at no cost in Ancona, Corso Carlo Alberto 82/A.

Payment

Bank transfer or card before dispatch, with an Italian electronic invoice showing the price per copy. For the invoice we need your company name, VAT number and SdI code or certified email (PEC).

Key dates

31OCT

Order by 31 October and you’re in the first round of shipments: the calendar is already printed and on its way, we expect it in our Ancona warehouse at the end of October and plan to ship from 15 November.

30NOV

Last day to order and get your copies before Christmas: by Monday 30 November we need the order, the approved proof and the payment.

2DAYS

The card proof reaches you within two working days of us receiving your logo and message.

What about tax?

Italian companies. Each calendar, personalised card included, is worth well under the €50 per item that Italian tax rules set for corporate gifts. Payment is by bank transfer or card only and comes with an electronic invoice: the traceable payment now expected for this kind of expense.

Freelancers, flat-rate taxpayers and gifts to staff. The rules change from case to case. Ask your accountant or payroll adviser how to treat the purchase: we give you an electronic invoice with the price of each copy.

How to order

  1. Tell us how many copies you need, whether you’d like delivery or collection, and send us your logo and message.
  2. Within two working days you get the card proof and the quote.
  3. Approve the proof and pay by bank transfer or card: we send you the electronic invoice.
  4. We pack each box with its card and ship it, or we wait for you in Ancona.
