The drawing takes that literally. A head in headphones, seen in profile, coming apart at the edges into waves - and the waves are made of notes. They close around the line rather than sit beside it.

Choose your language in the drop-down. The same design is printed with the English line or the Italian one (La Musica e come il Mare). English is not the default, so pick it.
